I would like to request a ban for player Somisa

I have a very long but very condemning demo this player.  He thinks he's somehow above the law and that high ranking members of this clan are on his side.  But If I know Paul, I would say that Somisa is definitely hacking by all means.  My former name is HighFi which seems to not be active anymore so I changed my name.  But please watch the demo carefully and read the chat as its very important as well.  Thankyou!
