there was never a poll about getting rid it. just own up and say you were butthurt that ipix was using it to camp and it made the game harder for you.
There was indeed a poll about it on forums lol, the website changed host/provider some time ago hence why the old posts aren't visible anymore, I don't change or remove things on my own just because I dislike them or I would have removed stupid sht like martyrdom, jugg and type100 years ago.

Original reasoning was it promoted excessive camping. While the weapon isnt super op or anything like that, the scope does make it 1 shot kill and people were just camping / headglitching at the edge of maps without needing to move a step for the entire match since you get 120+ ammo with it, hence why people wanted to get rid of it. I think it was polled and majority wanted to remove it at the time

You're banned because you keep falsely accusing other players for the most ridiculous things and saying bs like "cheat server" and "all cheaters are welcome here" etc. , judging players based on 1 killcam without any proof or actual context, we don't want that.

While there are some solid balancing suggestions here, sadly it's not possible to edit weapons just like that. With mods it could be possible but we don't want to add any of that because people will leave when there are downloads and it also causes your rank to be separate from other servers. You can change the overall time to kill, but it will obviously effect all weapons.
Perks effects can be changed easily however and if players wants to I wouldn't mind making flakjacket slightly more effective, and extreme condition could be changed to close to unlimited run duration to actually make it worth using on some situations are a few that comes to mind.

Tweaks such as removing smoke/scenery or skins etc. has never been allowed and I highly doubt any admin has ever said it was allowed.
Commandslike /cl_maxpackets , /snaps /com_maxfps to improve your latency/ping/perfromance are the usual ones which I personally recommend to everyone for better experience

He is an admin and I have never seen anything from him that would make me think that he is actually cheating, but even ignoring the part where I know him personally and trust him, the 1 killcam wouldn't really be a sufficient amount of proof to warrant a ban in general

When donating you can leave a note on paypal with your in game name, or just make a thread that you donated.
And also it's not necessary to have funds on your paypal balance, credit/debit cards are supported and the payment will just be processed by paypal
